The position
By joining our team you will have the opportunity to:Lead and coordinate the global corporate onboarding programme, ensuring a consistent approach connected to Equinor's values, culture, and business, managing the journeys in Workday.
Create and deliver the global employee advocacy strategy of Equinor, coordinating all the activities ensuring a fit for purpose solution.
Create an employee engagement framework in Equinor defining key roles and responsibilities and reshaping the "You in Equinor" programme globally.
Proactively engage with vendors and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
Keep track and measure the performance of relevant KPIs, ensuring ROI (Return on Investment) and value-adding activities with a continuous improvement approach.
Provide strategic advisory for the Employer branding long-term strategy.
You

Master’s degree within Communication or Human Resources or another relevant area and 7-10 years experience is preferred, extensive relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
Experience within human resources and/or communications along with a good business and corporate understanding.
Data-driven mindset with high focus on KPIs and metrics, ensuring a continuous improvement approach.
Strong planning, coordinating, and organizing skills, with strategic mindset.
Highly collaborative approach, with strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring internal employer branding alignment at the right levels.
Self-leadership and direct leadership of projects and tasks (not including people management).
Demonstrated ability to operate in a global context, understanding local needs and requirements.
Fluency in English and advanced Norwegian language skills will be advantageous.
