Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to

  • Be responsible for customer projects
  • Understand customer requirements, define the project and deliver the project with the agreed scope, quality, cost and time
  • Ensure compliance with the Wema development process
  • Lead the project team covering all functions involved as defined in the Wema development process and ensures effective communication between all team members
  • Make project plans and follow up with regular status reports towards Wema and customers
  • Push the organization to deliver on agreed milestones
  • Communicate the risk level in projects to HQ Management
  • Drive projects to pass Gates in Gate review meetings with the Wema Management Team
  • Support the customers related to technical issues found during the project, and communicate internally
  • Provide input to the Line organization how it can improve its processes to work more efficient
  • Provide input to product and system roadmaps
  • Grasp future product and technical trends in customer projects
  • Liase with the Product Manager to ensure that Wema appear as a Trusted Advisor towards a customer           



  • Degree within mechanical and/or electronic (BSc or MSc)
  • Strong project management methodology experience
  • Min 3 years of customer project management (average project running time 9-12 months)
  • 3-4 years of international experience
  • Fluent spoken and written English (English is the working language). Scandinavian language is a plus.
  • Able to travel 30-40 days annually
