We are strengthening our brand building and marketing capabilities and seek a passionate and structured person to lead a newly established marketing department. We are looking for the combination of ability to articulate a vision, with the power to execute on it relentlessly. Your role will be overseeing the planning, development, and execution of WiMP's marketing activities, with a focus on evolving our brand and positioning and ensuring a coordinated WiMP profile across geographies, devices, web pages and all other channels. WiMP is still a start-up at heart, and the range of responsibilities and tasks will be thereafter.
The position will report directly to the CEO and be part of the management team. You will work closely with our Head of product development and our operating departments abroad.
WiMP is owned by the publicly listed company Aspiro AB (ASP:SS), and the largest owners are Schibsted, Ferd and Platekompaniet.

The workplace will be our offices in Oslo, but some travel to support our other offices will be needed. Our primary working language is English, but some communication also happens in Norwegian. WiMP is a music streaming service with a strong focus on editorial content and ease of use. We currently have offices in Berlin, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo, and are rapidly expanding further.
