ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now looking for a Service Manager to lead our Service team in Norway. You will be responsible for overseeing and supervising our growing service team in Norway and take responsibility of the development of service capability in the team and Kempower services you will make a real difference in our pursuit to be the first choice in EV-charging business.
You bring essential information to other Kempower internal clients about what is expected of our products or services and what new solutions and services are most likely needed in the future. You don’t have to be an EV-charging wizard, more important is the interest and enthusiasm towards the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Technical Support and Service capability
- Manage and develop the Service Partner network in the region
- Manage day-to-day service operations and ensure we meet our SLAs towards customers
- Work closely with internal Quality Assurance, Sales and Product Management teams to provide first-hand feedback from partners and customers
- Resource, develop and support the team to match current and future business requirements

At Kempower we work hybrid. Our office is in Nannestad. Additionally, in this role, occasional travelling is required.

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
For this Service Manager position, the required qualifications and certifications are
- Electrical installer certificate Gr. L (For Norwegian market)
- Engineering degree (Fagskole)
- 3 years of relevant experience
In addition, the following criteria would help you succeed in this role
- General IT competence of Febdok and AutoCad or similar
- EKOM authorization is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in leading a team is seen as an advantage
- Experience in automotive, EV or EV charging industries are remarkable merits
- A customer-oriented mindset, ability to understand customer needs and processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Superior organizational, time management, and negotiation skills
We are looking for a new colleague with good cooperation and communication skills. As our official company language is English, we expect you to have fluent English skills. Also, fluent Norwegian is essential. Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
