On the path to our reignite process in Norway, we are looking to strengthen our position as the #nr1 base layer brand by adding new sales rep to the Kari Traa Active Brands sales team.
About the role
Responsible for the day-to-day sales tasks needed in the development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy in Norway. Ensure all sales efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term goals and help identify and execute improvements.
As a Field Sales representative in Active Brands you will be responsible for:
- Operations on a set account level to ensure Kari Traa & Bula reaches its goals
- Preparation of offers and follow-up on these according to deadlines.
- Relationship management - build strong relations with customers and regularly visit key stores
- Execute planning and budgeting per shop upfront of the season
- Analyse and develop customer growth based on sales data
- Follow up and build growth plans with key customers
- Planning and following up on campaigns and relevant sales activities for customers.
- Responsible for seasonal product training and education
- Sales tracking: report on a weekly and monthly basis to the Sales Manager Norway
To be successful in the role as a Sales representative for Kari Traa & Bula , we expect that you have:
- some years of relevant experience, working in sales or customer service
- a good understanding of the sporting goods industry
- an eye for details, and the ability to deliver on time
- a familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes is a plus
- interest and ability to travel – and be comfortable “on the road” (50-70 days pr year)
- you do not have to be a rocket scientist, but you need to be able to handle a computer and MS Office Products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- if you are used to working in an ERP system, that is a plus
- fluent in Norwegian and English both written and oral.
