We are looking for a new team member to our Growth organization. The Growth organization is the core of Deloitte’s business – we make sure Deloitte brings the best across geographies, businesses, and industries to help our top priority clients achieve their mission. Growth is our Nordic unit within focused on our most strategic clients. Growth is one of the most important engines to ensure our services are client centric and relevant to our most demanding clients. It is also among our most important ways to ensure future, disproportionate growth in the Nordics. Growth organization consists of three functions:
- Sales Excellence
- Nordic Client Programme
- Market Programmes, which includes among others 5 Industry Teams and Teams supporting our growth in Private and Private Equity. This job description is for the CoS role in the selected Industry Teams, and teams focused on PE / Private.
As the Nordic Chief of Staff, you will play a key role in the growth of Deloitte’s prioritized industries and sectors. . You will be part of the respective Executive Team, defining and executing the strategy, including writing elements of the strategy and being responsible for the overall strategy document and supporting execution. You will support the respective Nordic leader and team and ensure alignment the other functions in Growth. You will also be the liaison for Growth and act as a proxy for the Nordic function Leader at meetings as required.
This is a unique opportunity to lead Industry operations and facilitate collaboration across all Industry functions, while also building relationships with Nordic Client Programme (NCP) to support alignment across accounts. You will be responsible for effective governance of the Nordic Industry Team, including scheduling and running monthly Nordic Industry Executive meetings, providing performance and portfolio information, and facilitating pipeline updates. Additionally, you will work closely with the Industry Executive Team in building community and eminence, ensuring that this is shared across the organization (including Private and PE).
To be successful in this role, you should have experience and seniority, preferably from roles where responsibility areas have included market offerings and leadership. You should further be able to demonstrate expertise in growth, be structured, have a commercial mindset, be focused on delivery, have an understanding of financial models, and be able to communicate and keep direction. It would be expected from the right person to have at least 8+ years relevant experience from management consulting or business experience from working closely with growing key accounts / sales.
