We are looking for a Well Control Equipment Engineer!

Job Description

• Provide operational support to Drilling & Well operations in Norway and abroad, including fixed installations and mobile units

• Participate in facility modification projects, major overhauls, repairs, and rig intake

• Engage in well control equipment verifications and investigations

• Assist peers with daily tasks and operational needs

• Maintain an overview of well control incidents involving BOP and well control systems globally and capture industry learnings

• Undertake offshore travel as required, both in Norway and abroad

Qualification Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree within relevant technical disciplines

• Valid Offshore Safety Course certification

• Compliance with internal competence requirements

• Strong team-building skills with a focus on cooperation and teamwork

• Structured approach to planning, coordinating, and executing activities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Performance-driven with a commercial mindset

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
