Aker Solutions is looking for a Completion Manager - Study & Tender with experience in onshore or offshore projects. The project is based in Trondheim and will be led from there.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the Electrification C-study and develop commissioning and preservation strategies for module, construction, and offshore integration work.
• Organize and manage completion tasks for project studies and tender work.
• Ensure compliance with Aker Solutions' governing documents.
• Assist the Project Manager with execution tasks as needed.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, ensuring their expectations are met.
• Promote cost-effective technical solutions and project activities.
• Provide regular status updates and highlight any concerns to the Project Manager.
• Enhance team cohesion through effective communication and feedback.
• Represent Aker Solutions' interests in all project completion matters.

• University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent experience. Relevant work experience can substitute formal education.
• Proficiency in multiple disciplines including construction, with sound technical knowledge in engineering/front-end oil & gas business.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in software applications such as Microsoft Office, Xait Porter, STID MIPS, and other CMS platforms.
• Solid understanding of own discipline's scope of work, deliverables, technology, and calculations.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in Norwegian and/or international design developments.
• Strong communication skills and effective in teambuilding.
