We are searching for a Workshop Planner to join our production and planning team in the service workshop at Kongsberg Maritime in Ulsteinvik. The service workshop performs thruster and propeller overhauls and upgrades, and serves a dynamic, worldwide market with short time frames and rapid changes.
In this role, you will be leading projects in our workshop and manage spare part and subcontracting activities in our department. If you enjoy cross-functional collaboration and would like to contribute to delivering high-quality products to our customers, we would like to hear from you!

Key accountabilities
- Lead projects in the workshop from handover sales meeting to actual delivery.
- Plan and maintain all spare part activities for the planning department.
- Develop and execute strategic safety stock of spares.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, machining and technical department.
- Responsible for subcontracting activities within the planning department.
Qualifications and experience
- Relevant degree or experience from production planning or procurement.
- Ability to work in a cross functional environment.
- Good ERP understanding and skilled in MS office.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian language is a requirement.
