Arbeidsoppgaver

• We are looking for a procurement professional for the Business Intelligence unit within the category Intellectual Services and Temporary Staffing.
• Business Intelligence is mostly compromised of procurement of services like - market intelligence - market analyses - benchmarking and - due diligence
• As contract lead (purchaser) within Business Intelligence you will be responsible for global and local tactical and operational procurement activities e.g. creating purchase orders, establishing call-offs from frame agreements, making due diligence requests. However, there may be some more strategic supply chain processes with responsibilities including, but not limited to, leading enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation, award), contract establishment and contract management.
• Since the procurement tasks will mainly not be very complex or strategic, we have put "purchaser" in parentheses to our standard "contract lead" role.
• The candidate will be part of a small team with great colleagues based in Stavanger.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Bachelor degree with 2-5 years of years of work experience within procurement (professional level 2 or 3)
• IT: SAP and Contiki experience is important as this is our daily working tools

Personal skills:

• Team player, proactive, solution oriented and service minded
•  Excellent collaboration skills with colleagues, internal customers and external suppliers
• Very good language skills in both Norwegian and English
