About our Product Department

Our teams play a key role in developing digital solutions that improve workplace conditions, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch.

What we're looking for
Senior developers ready to take on substantial roles within our cross-functional teams, from newly established to well-established teams, providing technical leadership, mentoring less experienced developers, and deeply engaging with our technology and processes.

Technology
Within our teams, we embrace technological freedom, selecting the best-suited technology for each task. Our tech stack today includes TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, Java, SQL, NoSQL, AWS, Azure, and we implement microservices where applicable. Moreover, we use Vue 3 into our front-end development and embrace continuous deployment practices.
We think big, but start small. As a developer on the team, you'll have opportunities to influence direction and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Take technological leadership within your team and serve as a mentor to junior developers.
• Responsible for spearheading initiatives, acting as a key sparring partner with stakeholders
• Setting a standard for excellence and collaborative problem-solving within the team.

We believe most of these should match your experience

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or similar. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a developer, with strong skills in modeling, monitoring, and testing
• Have a DevOps mindset, and experience with Git, CI/CD, deployment environments
• Enjoys working in cross-functional teams
• Able to independently investigate and solve problems
• Humility to ask for help and enjoy sharing knowledge with others
• Proficiency in either English, Swedish, or Norwegian, both verbal and written
