We are looking for a Teacher for Digital Product Management

Are you passionate about Product Design? Noroff Vocational School have a position as Teacher available. We are looking for someone to help us deliver a comprehensive digital program in Digital Product Management. This program aims at providing high-quality, interactive, and engaging learning experiences for professionals and students in the field.

Main responsibility:  

• Deliver a detailed curriculum for a one-year digital program in digital product management. 
• Deliver modules, lessons, and resources that cover essential topics in digital product management. 
• Ensure the content is up-to-date with current industry practices and theories.  
• Write and produce engaging and informative content that could include readings, case    studies, written content, pre recorded video lectures and interactive elements.  
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to enrich the program content.  
•  Collaborate to ensure a seamless and intuitive learning experience. 
• Implement digital product management principles throughout the program to enhance learner engagement and satisfaction.  
• Create assessments to measure the effectiveness of the program and the learning outcomes.  
• Work closely with the digital learning team, IT department, and external partners.  
• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote the program effectively.  
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management.  

Required Qualifications:  

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Product Design, UX Design, Educational Technology, or related field.  
• Relevant work experience in product design. 
• Strong understanding of product design principles and methodologies.  
• Excellent content creation and writing skills.  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage projects efficiently.  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.  

Desirable qualifications:  

• Prior experience in teaching or educational content development.  
• Knowledge of current trends in digital education and e-learning technologies.  
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online course platforms.
