Pricing and Revenue Specialist

YOUR ROLE

You play a pivotal role in optimizing our logistics operations. You will combine strategic thinking, financial acumen, and effective communication to optimize pricing and revenue management. Continuously keeping our customers competitive in the dynamic market landscape. Additionally, you’ll handle Project Logistics revenue care, collaborating with the Project Logistics Customer Excellence team to address discrepancies with the common goal of timely closure of FSL (Freight Settlement) and precise invoicing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand customer and supplier contracts. 
  • Prepare and follow up on price requests and offers across the organization (both internally and externally). 
  • Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with suppliers/subcontractors. 
  • Optimize the use of tools for obtaining carrier costs and accurate pricing. 
  • Ensure accurate data quality in FSL and manage cost allocations according to contracts. 
  • Possess solid financial understanding of project logistics and implement necessary actions. 
  • Ensure that suppliers/subcontractors are aware of and comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements. 

 

YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years of similar experience from Logistics Industry 
  • Education in economics is advantageous. 
  • Analytical competence and eager for problem solving 
  • Good understanding of contract development. 
  • Knowledge of trade and market dynamics 
  • Strong collaboration skills and proficiency in Norwegian and English communication. 
  • Interested in structured processes and process management
