We are seeking Product Developer

KSAT is seeking a Product Developer to drive the development of our product portfolio within the Ground Network Product organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading development and technical implementation of solutions to the fast -growing satellite industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business background, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities of the Product Developer will be to:

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, developers, and other team members to develop new products or improve existing ones.
• Develop plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for product development projects.
• Lead product development execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the ground network technologies, existing building blocks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams within and outside of the GN Products group to lead and facilitate successful implementation of product development projects.
• Participate in product optimization and enhancement.
• Conduct post-development reviews to evaluate successes and areas for improvement.
• Implement lessons learned to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of future products and services.
• Drive growth and foster the development of the product and service ecosystem, including developing the "KSAT Compatible" program.
• Define strategies to ensure alignment with industry standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications and interests:

• BSc/MSc in business, engineering, technology, or similar fields.
• Interest or experience with product development and project management.
• Interest or experience in customer experience and customer satisfaction improvement programs.
• Experience working within the newspace industry is a plus.
• Experience with managing teams or project management will be positive.
• Interest or experience with continuous improvement and lean strategy is a plus.
• Experience from a start-up ecosystem is a plus.
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication, and agility to communicate with leaders, technical staff, and experts both internally at KSAT and with customers, suppliers, and partners.
