We offer a wide range of services to major Western oil companies, provided by our talented and highly skilled colleagues in both Norway, UK,Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia. Connector Subsea Distribution is a central division within the company. We provide fully integrated solutions for subsea hydrolic and chemical distribution. Our technology provides the highest level of safety and assurance, reducing operational risk and cost for our costumers. Our product portfolio consists of high preassure subsea and topside valves, chemical connectors, ROV connectors, MQC Stab plates and more.
Connector Subsea has recently won several major contracts, which means we are strenthening our team.
We are hiring aProject Manager to join the team at Connector Subsea Distribution,working from our location at Kokstad and/or at Ågotnes.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for project execution and delivery of projects in your portfolio.
• Responsibility for schedule and budget.
• Ensuring the correct quality of the project.
• Coordinating and leading dedicated project resources, and cooperate with relevant teams, internal production and departments.
• Responsibility for HSE within the project.
  
• Keeping a close dialogue with the client, including the responsibility for submitting project reports.
• Working on standardization and continuous improvement of the products in your portfolio.
• Generally contribute to our quality work and quality systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant subject area.
  
• Experience from energy, process, or maritime sector. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
• Knowledge of good HSE practices.
• A great team spirit, and the ability to lead by good example and to motivate others.
