Join our team in Bergen as a Recruitment Coordinator, supporting operations and delivering permanent recruitment and staffing services to our clients.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with a diverse team of recruiters and advisers to facilitate seamless recruitment processes.
• Compose and distribute engaging job advertisements across various platforms to attract top talent.
• Order and manage background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
• Process invoices promptly for timely financial transactions.
• Oversee contract extensions, rate adjustments, and contract end date validations to maintain accurate contractor records.
• Post job opportunities for subcontractors to maintain a robust talent pool.
• Register competencies for new hires to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
• Coordinate, conduct, and document professional reference checks to ensure quality hires.
• Communicate with applicants, managing their profiles in our recruitment systems efficiently.
• Book camps and other necessary arrangements for consultants as needed.

• Exceptional communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral. You're not afraid to pick up the phone!
• Relevant university degree and 1-2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a support-oriented capacity.
