About the role

Our client is looking for a new program manager due to parental leave that will be from as soon as possible to March 2025. You will be part of the Product Management team that links software and hardware engineering, and the go-to-market (GTM) team. They align the entire Devices team to execute on strategy. Our team's mission is to drive changes that improve processes so that everyone can work efficiently.

In your role, you will be devoted to tracking and driving our programs. Your role will do this internally and externally by connecting with hardware and software engineering, go-to-market, marketing, sales, supply chain, and analytics teams locally and across the globe to drive, track, and report on strategic programs.

Work tasks

  • Take initiatives defined by the strategy - break them down, align and follow up with all teams involved
  • Collect data and metrics and present program status to leadership
  • Expose dependencies and make just about anything trackable to help people make decisions
  • Find ways to eliminate time waste and obstacles for people
  • Meet with leadership and organize checkpoints to ensure we are meeting our goals on the initiatives and to call out any areas where we need to adjust to deliver on our goals.

You want to know details and shamelessly ask questions if you do not understand the full picture. You can communicate what you see to the right people at the right time, in a way everyone can understand. Improvements motivate you, and you thrive in spotting ways to improve efficiency and implement solutions.
