We are currently seeking a Rewards and Mobility Specialist with analytical skills to join our dynamic team.

About the role

As an integral part of the HR & Rewards team at Telenor ASA, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Group Reward programs and operations. You will support and manage group-wide share plans and key reward processes related to Telenor’s top leaders. Additionally, you will manage the Mobility life cycle for Telenor HQ expats, as a Mobility Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage the annual compensation cycles; bonus plans, salary reviews and reporting.

  • Handling market benchmarking; support in market research and analytics.

  • Administer and optimize global share plans; Secure efficient operations of the group-wide share plans and management of all external and internal stakeholders involved in the delivery of the share plans.

  • Contribute to other Rewards projects and initiatives.

  • Administer and optimize the mobility employee life cycle for Telenor HQ expats; Secure efficient support to the local mobility employee life cycle.

  • The responsibilities and tasks may change from time to time to enable backup, rotation, and development of team members.

Experience and qualifications

  • Experience in one or several fields related to compensation and benefits.

  • Background in market research/analytics; understanding of statistics/market benchmarking.

  • Experience with Mobility and running global share plans is preferred.

  • Good understanding of HR processes and different business models/value creation.

  • Experience as a project manager is preferred; knowledge of key tools/methodologies for project management is essential.

  • Strong language requirements and experience with memo, policy and/or report writing.

  • Good command of spoken and written English. Norwegian language preferred.

  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
