As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking an experienced Digital Growth Strategist to join our international Marketing team at a transformative time for our department and company. Interwell is currently building a new state-of-the-art facility and HQ in Solasplitten where this role will be situated.

Digital Growth Strategist at Interwell will play a crucial role in professionalizing our overall digital marketing approach; implementing and driving lead generation strategies and managing our digital platforms to support our global operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads across global markets. As such, this position offers a unique and exciting opportunity to actively contribute and influence the professionalization of not only the Interwell brand but also the marketing department’s commercial role in the company. You will also play an important part in a brand-defining project during a transformative period for our company. This role will have a global scope with a focus on supporting local services and operations across various regions. An opportunity not to be missed!

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with proven track record in managing digital marketing responsibilities, including digital strategy, website management, channel management, SEO, CRM systems, and inbound and email campaigns
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to analyze metrics and KPIs to optimize marketing performance and drive business results
  • Strategic and self-starting, driving projects and initiatives to successful outcomes
  • Inclusive team player with excellent communication skills and naturally inclined to work cross-functionally to achieve our strategic objectives
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a flare for managing complexity
  • Industry knowledge in the energy sector is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support lead generation and business growth objectives
  • Manage and optimize the company's website, serving as the editor and ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices
  • Oversee channel management, including social media platforms and email marketing campaigns, to engage with our audience and drive traffic to our digital properties
  • Lead the development and execution of newsletter campaigns to nurture leads and maintain engagement with existing customers
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website
  • CRM management for marketing, including customer interaction tracking, audience segmenting and optimization of system for lead closure
  • Plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns to attract, convert, and retain customers through relevant and valuable content
