We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to be part of and contribute to the success of our dynamic organization.

We are looking for a person who can thrive in an environment with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, while also being able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with a proactive approach. Although the position is challenging, we believe it can be suitable for you who want to grow in a position over time and we value personal qualities over experience.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Business Unit Global Business, you will be operating in a global, dynamic and exciting environment on a daily basis. The position may require some travelling internationally, based out of Norway.

The primary working site is currently Nøtterøy, however the company has entered into a new contract at Skoppum (new train station) from second half 2026. The position will also allow some remote working.


About the position:

  • Manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and events.
  • Support in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Make travel arrangements and accommodations for executives according to company policy.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.


We believe this is you:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as economy, HR, marketing or management, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong, Norwegian and English, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
