Be support to project work as well as department work, contribute to the development / implementation of tools and work processes within the area of responsibility. Contribute to that at any given time required tasks are carried out in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and schedule.
Duties/Tasks
- Develop and maintain a follow-up plan in systems such as ProArc, SAP, IFS, ProCoSys or similar, for the management of tasks and projects. This includes ensuring all activities are logged, tracked, and updated in the system, providing a clear and accessible overview of project statuses.
- Provide support for installations. This involves offering technical and strategic guidance to ensure installations are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications.
- Establish a job card structure together with commissioning engineer and task lead, creating a systematic approach to managing and tracking project tasks. This structure should enable clear assignment and monitoring of tasks throughout the project.
- Assist the project team in reviewing job cards created by engineering. This includes ensuring that all job cards are accurate, complete, and reflect the project's requirements, facilitating smooth execution and adherence to project plans.
- Coordinate between the installation and MC/Commissioning teams in relation to Mechanical Completion (MC) and handover strategies.
- Provide the basis for the plan for establishing logical sequences in project plans. This involves contributing to the development of project schedules, ensuring that activities are logically sequenced, dependencies are identified, and timelines are optimized for efficient project execution.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Technical bachelor or master's degree. Experience with craft certificate (the Norwegian "Fagbrev" or equivalent) together with relevant and long work experience may also be considered as qualified.
