Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Intern at Interwell Norway AS, you will play a vital role in supporting our global marketing efforts across all operating regions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a brand-defining project during a transformative period for our company. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that elevate our brand presence and drive business growth.

In Fall 2024, Interwell will transition to newly constructed premises at Solasplitten. Within these modern facilities, our aim is to seamlessly integrate processes and centralize all Stavanger activities. As we embark on an exciting transition phase, we are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to join our dynamic and international team.

The role is temporary and the duration is 3-6 months, with potential for extension.

Preferred start date is 01.06.2024.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous internship or work experience in marketing or a related field is a plus
• Passion for all things brand and marketing
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and regions to achieve common goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills
• Structured approach to tasks and projects, with a focus on organization and attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude, capable of identifying creative solutions to challenges

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels, including digital, print, and events
• Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes
• Contribute to the creation of engaging marketing content, including but not limited to, blog posts, social media updates, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding efforts
• Assist in the organization and execution of events, conferences, and tradeshows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend optimizations
