We are looking for a smart person who is keen to grow in the areas of both sales & marketing. A B2B sales & marketing associate with any 2-4 years experience with sales and digital marketing would be an ideal candidate, but we are open to anyone who has great potential creating in-bound & out-bound lead generations for our business!


Norigin Media is a Streaming TV (OTT) & Media provider for Design, Development, Engineering and Quality solutions for broadcasters around the world. The position is to cover an international market within this niche TV Streaming industry to provide customised solutions to different types of broadcasters, telecommunication companies and streaming TV service providers. 


Sales and Marketing Associate would work generating leads (business development) with a series of outbound sales, inbound marketing campaigns and other processes. The person would also need to help run our events, trade show presence and also execute new in-bound sales processes.


The role is primarily located in our HQ in Oslo, with periodical international travel for events and conferences. While in Oslo, the role is 100% in the office. The position will work directly within the sales team and coordinate with product & design teams to ensure communication is made and distributed in all the right channels. 


The team in Oslo consists of around 35 people from around 15 countries! We speak English at work. The company is a flat organisation with self-running individuals who have a good place for both personal and professional development. 

The candidate should be enthusiastic, passionate about B2B Marketing, networking, conferencing, digital & social media marketing within the Telecom, Media and broadcast industries. The list is long, how many do you check or want to check off?





Sales  

  • Create and maintain a target list of potential customers B2B
  • Building a database and sales pipeline in a relevant region in Europe and America
  • Find new business opportunities for the solutions offered by the company
  • Manage the entire sale process, from lead generation & presentations to negotiations, contract signing and account development/ management.
  • Manage a portfolio of potential customers, initiate appointments, analyze needs, set up demos and propose solutions
  • Business development and hunting opportunities to create meetings and opportunities
  • Work with and support marketing activities
  • Attend networking events & relevant tradeshows to promote Norigin Media solutions across Europe
  • Multifaceted role in an SME
  • Marketing activities and collateral support & proof reading (American English & French/ Spanish)


Marketing 

  • Brand and Product marketing 
  • Media Channels: Create, Manage, post & Report : We require a lot of content to be generated in the form of posts, pictures, blogs and videos. Such creative activities needs to be coordinated with relevant stakeholders within the company and also externally. 
  • SEO for inbound leads
  • Email and Digital marketing 
  • Design and run campaigns 
  • Creation of Content, Continuous planning 
  • Content Creation: SoMe / EDMs / Website  / Presentations / Brochures 
  • Content Creation: Blogs / PR / case studies  
  • Use of tools like Hubspot
  • SoMe Management & Reporting to increase engagement

REQUIRED
  • Experience with most major marketing tools (WordPress, LinkedIn, Twitter, Ads, MailChimp, Eventbrite, HubSpot)
  • Sales Presentations: Creation and presenting skills (keynote)
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects in a small, matrix environment
  • Analytics based sales & marketing KPI experience
  • Database management for inbound / outbound sales
  • Ability to travel very frequently
  • Excellent English language skills. Other european languages are a huge plus
PREFERRED
  •  
  • A good understanding of tech or passion to learn
  • Good demonstration of network, contacts/ database management
  • Photoshop or similar tools, basic video editing skills are a plus
  • Press relations knowledge or experience
  • Experience and passion for working across many countries and foreign cultures
