Assistant Project Manager - Project Vision

Project Vision will deliver KONGSBERGs new location in Horten. 43000 square meters of modern office and factory facilities is under construction at Horten Industripark. For this project we are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. In this role you will maintain structure and plan, aligning with project managers daily. Working across sub-projects and workstreams, and close to the manufacturing departments, you will gain insight in how KONGSBERG in Horten operates. You will collaborate with your colleagues in KONGSBERG as well as landlord and contractors. Project Vision is a high pace and complex project, catering for World Class product development and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain structure and plan in MS Project
• Be a part of project management group
• Host monthly project planning meetings
• Identify and follow up tasks in project

Qualifications and experience

• Experience from project management or project work
• Bachelor or equivalent education
• Proficient in MS Project and Excel
• Good Norwegian and English verbal and written skills
