In this strategic role, you'll guide senior leaders and marketing teams in harnessing data-driven insights to refine brand strategies, identify growth opportunities, and maximize value creation for Orkla's Portfolio companies.

Your expertise and methodology in market research, consumer behaviour analysis, and strategic decision-making will empower Orkla's companies in better identifying and leveraging insights from data, optimize their marketing strategies and strengthen their commercial brand positions.

Requirements:
* Master's degree in marketing or a relevant field
* Senior marketing experience (CMO, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director)
* Deep knowledge of insight methodologies, consumer behaviour analysis, and drivers of brand growth
* Proven analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and strategy
* Proficiency in coaching and communicating complex concepts with diverse teams
* Significant experience with Ehrenberg-Bass methodology including category entry points analysis
