CB Digital Channels is seeking a visionary Engineering Manager to Lead our Employee Channel tech Team!

Join CB Digital Channles and help us develop the Employee Channel, delivering world class user experience in Bedriftsmarked Norge (BMN) and Large Corporate International (LCI). As our Engineering Manager, you will play an important role in shaping the future of technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of highly skilled engineers to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results
• Develop and execute a strategic engineering roadmap aligned with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful team execution
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, nurturing the growth and career progression of your team members
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and product excellence
• Provide technical guidance and insights, utilizing your engineering background to make informed decisions
• Assume the IT governance role of "IT responsible" for the channel applications, and make sure that the team delivers in accordance with the IT Operating model

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven experience in engineering management or leadership
• Strong technical background is an advantage
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and team-building abilities
