We are looking for analytic, ambitious, and experienced candidates to take part in our growth journey.
Main responsibilities
- In close cooperation with key stakeholders establish and maintain Corvus Energy’s Sourcing Strategy. This includes scouting, vendor qualification, negotiation, and award of Supply Agreements.
- Lead the Supply Planning process as part of Corvus Energy Integrated Business Processes.
- Identify need for and establish and follow up sourcing category teams for critical sourcing categories in accordance with Corvus Energy Sourcing Strategy.
- Manage tactical purchasing planning, inventory purchasing, forecasting and other areas as required.
- Develop KPI’s/analytic systems and data management capabilities, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against goals specified in the Sourcing Strategy.
- Direct the hiring and coordinate the training, supervision, reviews, mentoring, and performance evaluations of Supply Chain staff.
- Manage vendor relationships and Supplier Quality.
- Identify and manage risk within the Supply Chain.
- Develop and implement new systems and best practices for SCM.
- Develop and maintain Supply Chain related workflows and procedures as they are included in Corvus Energy Quality Management System (RMT+)
- Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the personnel and operations of the organization’s Supply Chain processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s university degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience.
- Computer literate with MS Office Suite.
- Dangerous Goods knowledge will be required.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Norwegian skills.
- Ability to build credibility, trust, and report with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and sophisticated management of key stakeholders.
- A forward thinker who takes initiative to identify and resolve gaps.
- A proactive problem solver and communicator.
- Always looking to maximize benefits and minimize risk for the business.
- Have the drive and flexibility to fit in with a growing company.
- In depth knowledge of MRP/ERP systems – both the design and usage.
- Experience from international industrial relations.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
