Arbeidsoppgaver

Project is looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to support the Quality Control Lead in the Fixed Facilities Alliance part of the project.

Responsibility:
General support to the Quality Control Team.

· PIMS Management:
o Register client Hold/Witness activities from ITPs across the alliances in Pims QI module according to set up.
o Update and maintain Quality Control Management Program in Pims for project.
o Follow-up of fabrication activity status across Alliances.
o Ensure fabrication activity reports are included in Pims activities.
o Ensure Non- Conformities detected by inspectors at site are logged and controlled.
o Ensure Lesson Learned captured in the fabrication activities are included in LL register.
o Follow-up the overdue actions in Pims
o Participate/assist in inspector coordination for site activities according to Notification of Inspection.
o Assist in Quality PIMS training.
o Assist to maintain the FFA TI SharePoint site to ensure documentation are available for TI inspectors
o Data entry and reports in QI/QM module in Pims.
o Participate in the client criticality assessments and inspection manning planning.
o Establish and follow-up PIMS quality management (QM) module for inspection follow-up and reporting.
o May act as QA/QC delegate in Audits performed of contractors and sub-suppliers.
o Follow up duties and responsibilities given the by the Quality Control Lead.
o Contribute to fulfilment of the See to duty

· Procurement:
o Be involved from client in procurement processes and packages from a QC point of view.
o Assis in client participation in relevant ITP activities.
o Assist to oversee that client's contractors and their sub-suppliers have sound QA/QC systems in place ensuring acceptable quality of the supplied items.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

o M.Sc./B.Sc. in engineering.
o Minimum 2 years' experience from multidiscipline projects within E&P
o Experience with one or more project delivery lines (Facility, Drilling, Subsea, HSSEQ, Operations). Previously experience with one of the service providers to E&P is also relevant.
o Good technical and multidiscipline overview
o Fluent abilities in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written
o Open to new learning and applying digital solutions
