About Us:

NAVTOR is a dynamic and growing organization, and we are searching for a talented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in a one year vacancy. This is a full-time position located in Egersund, Norway (HQ), and you will work close together with different teams in our organization. The role will mostly work with our employees in Norway, but having offices in 10 other countries, cross-cultural collaboration and work must be expected.

The role:

As our HR Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring the well-being and success of our incredible team. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and development. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Assisting in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews.
• Coordinating new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the new organization.
• Help in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Assist in employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Utilize HR software and systems for data management and reporting.
• Spearheading initiatives that enhance employee morale and engagement.
• Participate in the planning and execution of HR initiatives and events.
• Collaborating with various departments to make our workplace an even better place to be!

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should:

• Be a passionate advocate for the well-being of our team members.
• Preferably have a bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• Strong Excel & analytical skills.
• Bring at least 2 years of HR or related experience to the table.
• Have interest in working with HR digitalization and have good system understanding.
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be fluent in English and Norwegian.
• Embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
