DNB is hiring a Software Engineer for the Cloud Contact Center Section!

DNB is Norway's largest bank with more than 2 million customers daily. The Cloud Contact Center team is looking for Software engineers with .Net Developer experience. You will play a vital role in creating and maintaining top-notch software using Genesys Cloud SDKs/APIs. You will work closely with fellow developers and stakeholders to ensure our software meets the needs of our business and customers.

Desired Experience and skills

• 5+ years experience in software development
• Good experience in C#, .Net, Web API, RESTful web services, SQL Server, .Net windows services and React
• Proficiency in Contact centre solution, IVR, ASR and TTS etc
• Develop and maintain software applications using .Net and Genesys SDK/API
• Hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep, and Kafka
• Working knowledge of TFS, GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines and Azure/AWS cloud services
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Participate in architectural discussions, migration process and code reviews to offer helpful feedback
• Familiarity with design patterns, object-oriented design, and programming
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure the software meets business and customer needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in Norwegian and English
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
