Job Description

• Take charge of Project Control issues at the contract level within the project.
• Proactively establish and maintain project control systems and procedures to ensure consistent cost, planning, and risk control aligned with governing documents.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the project adheres to established project control standards.
• Cost Control Management:
• Manage the cost control aspects of the contract in collaboration with the Cost Control Lead and Planner Lead.
• Support the Project Control Manager in the preparation of the Project Control Basis and baseline updates.
• Assist in weight and cost estimating related to the contract.
• Conduct cost and progress control, including forecasting and analysis for the contract. Contract Administration:
• Oversee the contract during its duration, attending monthly meetings and providing necessary updates.
• Handle project accounting and invoice processing.
• Ensure the preparation of Contract Appendixes B, C, and D for Invitation to Tenders (ITT’s).
• Participate in the evaluation of contracts and contribute to yearly budget updates. Reporting and Analysis:
• Ensure timely and accurate input for monthly report preparation.
• Contribute to risk management associated with Project Control.
• Support the Project Control Manager in maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Planning- Establish project schedules according to the business case strategies, both for early phase and execution.
• Ensure that the progress is achieved in accordance with project targets.
• Active follow-up of project plans, milestones and critical paths, including follow up of contractors’ plans
•  Ensure consistency between contractors’ plans and overall project plans incl proactive follow-up of progress development

Qualification Requirements

• Commercial mind-set
• Proactive, analytical and solution oriented Organized, structured and hands-on and having passion for details
• Good knowledge of SAP or Safran Project is an advantage
• The Project Control role involves proactive management of project control systems and procedures, cost control, contract administration, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaboration and continuous improvement are integral aspects of the role, contributing to effective cross-functional teamwork and organizational learning.
