Who are you?

For this pivotal role, we are seeking a seasoned professional—an agile and driven engineer with extensive experience across various projects. You possess a strong technical/mechanical background and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, adept at navigating unforeseen challenges.

You thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating leadership to foster a safe and high-performance culture. Additionally, we expect you to be quality-conscious and possess a commercial mindset.

Proficiency in 3D modeling, strength calculation, and fluency in both Norwegian and English are essential requirements for this role.

Areas of responsibility:

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will oversee planning and project management, including tender processes, customer communication, and follow-up. You will be responsible for designing and engineering technical solutions, conducting calculations, and maintaining thorough documentation. You will oversee the production, assembly, and testing of solutions, occasionally requiring offshore trips.

Formal qualifications

· Higher education (bachelor or higher)

· Relevant experience can make up for a lack of formal education

· Minimum 5 years experience with the design of steel structures

· In-depth knowledge of Inventor/SolidWorks

· AutoCAD
