You become part of EG Facility and Energy Management, the leading supplier of software solutions in the energy management and sustainability sector. Focus on results and customer success 

As our new Sales Executive, you are responsible for selling our SaaS-based solution to the real estate sector in Norway. Your main task will be to generate new sales, cultivate strong relationships with our customers, and contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction. This job gives you a unique opportunity to take on a large and exciting responsibility where your skills and efforts directly affect our ability to deliver results and create value for our customers.  

More specifically, your tasks would be: 

  • Sell our EG EnerKey product with a focus on bigger real estate owners and users. 
  • Develop and implement value selling strategies to increase revenue and value for customers. 
  • Manage and update the CRM system to ensure effective customer follow-up and reporting. 
  • Identify potential business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key customers. 
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze results to identify areas for improvement. 


Sales Executive with a can-do attitude 

The most important thing for us is that you can be integrated into our committed and dedicated Nordic growth team along side your Norwegian colleague. We meet remotely on weekly basis so joint effort and constant dialogue is emphasized, and we share our goals of continuing to deliver excellent results. 

We expect you to have: 

  • Good knowledge or high motivation to become an expert in SaaS software sales. 
  • Experience or interest in selling software to the real estate sector in Norway. 
  • You can identify both the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a team and low threshold for asking help. 
  • You are a "doer" and not afraid to take matters into your own hands to achieve the best results. 
  • Structured and results-oriented with a focus on the customer. 
  • Sufficient oral and written presentation skills in English. 


It would be an advantage if you have: 

  • Understanding of the real estate sector. 
  • Capability to work in the Oslo region.
