Job Description:

• Knowledge of WEA /OPA to be compliance with Regulations
• Assist  personnel recruitment and hiring activities, both own personnel and rented workforce main focus is on collecting pesonal documents and preparing employment agreements and amendments for employees
• Support the process of obtaining HSE card or any relevant registrations (visa, ID registration, tax registration, police registration)
• Prepare and coordinate shift rotation schemes, logistics related to the rotations (camp, food, transportation etc.)
• Support in Onboarding and Offboarding 
• Support Department Managers + Employees on different HR related inquiries
• Prepare operational reports
• Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations in connection to staff employees and workers
• Experience as HR Generalist / Admin Tasks
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Payroll knowledge is a plus
• Support the HR team, Execute further activities instructed by the HR Manager and related to the above listed areas

• Min 5 years experience in HR
• Bachelors degree/ or Bachelors Degree HR Related
• Masters degree Management / Economics / other Social Sciences with a specialization in HR 
• MS Office
