Contract Lead (Purchaser)

Introduction:

The contract lead (purchaser) will work in a team based in Stavanger dealing with procurement within Intellectual Services and Temporary Staffing category. This department has a broad stakeholder picture with many varied tasks and responsibilities.

We are looking for a procurement professional for the Business Intelligence unit within the category Intellectual Services and Temporary Staffing. Business Intelligence is mostly compromised of procurement of services like - market intelligence - market analyses - benchmarking and - due diligence.

Responsibilities:

As contract lead (purchaser) within Business Intelligence you will be responsible for global and local tactical and operational procurement activities e.g. creating purchase orders, establishing call-offs from frame agreements, making due diligence requests. However, there may be some more strategic supply chain processes with responsibilities including, but not limited to, leading enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation, award), contract establishment and contract management. 

Qualifications:

IT: 

• SAP 
• Contiki

• Excellent collaboration skills with colleagues, internal customers and external suppliers 
• Very good language skills in both Norwegian and English

Work Experience:

• 2-5 years of years of work experience within procurement
