About the position:

The main undertaking of the role is to deliver projects and solutions that assist our customers in transitioning to zero emission while simplifying their business and providing added value.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a project manager during the ramp-up phase of new service locations by delivering ensure efficient cross-functional communication, reporting and support
  • Coordination of delivery of zero-emission vehicles with the factory, order management and sales teams
  • Assist and enable customers in their journey towards MAN zero-emission solutions by preparing the MAN network and charging infrastructure concerning employees' qualifications, relevant tools and equipment
  • Serve as a central point of contact for both public an private institutions in Norway
  • Serve as a a single point of contact for the zero-emission customers


The one we are looking for:

  • Your are a determined professional committed in innovative solutions, such as zero emission, aiming to make a positive impact in your field
  • You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable representing MAN internally and externally
  • You are outgoing and proactive and always strive to maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, such as service partners, customers, public and business representatives
  • You have an analytical work approach
  • You have a natural drive
  • You possess an intrinsic motivation and exhibit a sense of accountability, and excel at multitasking and organizing tasks to achieve results
  • You contribute to good collaboration and knowledge-sharing with your team, making you a valued team player


Qualifications:

  • Preferably you have a relevant technical education and work experience in automotive or production sector, e.g. service workshop manager, technical leader, engineer, technician, professional training in electronics, mechanical, energy sector, project manager at CPO's, etc.
  • You have experience in project management with proven and succesful track, preferably 3-5 years, preferably PMI diploma
  • Experience with tenders is also an advantage
  • You speak and write Norwegian and English at business level
  • You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office

The role is a part of the Customer Service Management team at MAN Truck & Bus Norge AS. Your workplace will be our headoffice in Fjellhamar. However, the job will entail travel activities.
