We are looking for a Distribution & Service Manager with sales and leadership skills.
Purpose:
- Manage and control the distribution and services under its scope, including inventory management, pipe management, warehousing and transportation.
- Ensuring just-in-time delivery and reduction of inventory.
- Setting KPI to measure operational performance and assuring a safe operation.
Main responsibilities:
- Supports Rig Direct Activities. Oversees the administration of stock & materials movements.
- Implements operational process of materials reception, storage, inspection and dispatch
- Responsible for compliance with HSE and Quality standards.
- Responsible for all Yard operations including monitoring/spot verification of Services provided by Third Parties.
- Ensures training, toolbox meetings, drills, emergency responsible plans, etc. Setting of operational KPI to measure the performance.
- Interacting with Customers to properly administrate the execution of the contracts.
- Setting development plans for the personnel, as well as the goals for each member.
- Ensure all employees perform the training plans to execute their jobs.
- Supports commercial department in the offer engineering stage.
- Overall responsible for Invoicing execution.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- To ensure QHSE Policy is implemented establishing and reviewing HSE objectives, defining and implmenting action plans for continual improvement for HSE performance.
- Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related actitivites in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, eqiupment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years experience from an industrial environment, preferably the O&G industry.
- Sales expertise
- Management expertise
- Preferably experience from OCTG
- Proficiency in English.
- Open to travel to new locations
