Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop battery cell formation processes, including equipment selection and layout.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and increased efficiency, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
• Data Analysis: Analyze process data, monitor performance metrics, and utilize data-driven insights to enhance battery formation processes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that formation processes meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements, implementing quality control measures.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a strong commitment to safety and ensure that formation processes comply with safety regulations and protocols.
• Equipment Evaluation: Evaluate, select, and oversee the installation of equipment and technology solutions for battery cell formation.
• Process Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work standard. (work instruction, RCA / 8D report.)
• Training: Provide training and guidance to production personnel on new processes and procedures,
