Do you want to join a fast-growing international tech and manufacturing company that is in the forefront of reducing emissions? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled business demand planner to join our team at our headquarters in Bergen, Norway.

In this role you will serves as the point of integration between Corvus's sales team and CFBU Management. The responsibility includes driving activities to obtain the best possible estimate of the market outlook and pipeline quality, ensuring excellence in the demand planning process steps. This involves providing and gathering input from sales, ensuring data quality, enhancing transparency on CRM system performance, and identifying and implementing best practices through continuous improvement processes. Additionally, the demand planner consolidates input for the demand plan, conducts scenario analyses, and presents the final demand plan at Demand Review Meetings.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven business demand planner with a strong background in process planning to join our dynamic team in Bergen, Norway. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in securing a seamless integration between Corvus sales team and CFBU management. You will work across teams by balancing support and strong enforcement and need to be able to adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Facilitate Demand Planning Process including managing the Demand Planning Reviews
  • Secure a high-quality Demand Plan
  • Work with Product Management to ensure developments are capture in Demand Planning process.
  • Ensure the Demand Plan is signed off by EVP CFBU every month
  • Creating reporting on Demand Plan with KPIs
  • Lead continuous improvement plans on Demand Plan Process including CRM development.
  • Support IBP Manager in scenario building based on Demand Plan input.

Implement follow up from the Executive Meeting back to the sales team

Work Experience and Qualifications: :

  • Excellent understanding of key market drivers and the commercial business and demand network.
  • Excellent understanding of key drivers for product development (phase in/out of products) and its impact on operations and procurement.
  • Excellent understanding of the purpose of the demand plan and how it’s being used in upstream decision-making.
  • Basic financial knowledge. Personal
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Proactive and result-driven personality. • Capable of having a holistic understanding of the IBP process, while still enjoying diving into the details of demand planning.
  • Experience from Marine is not required but seen as a benefit
  • B2B business experience preferred
  • Bachelor degree
