Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions is looking for a Planner with experience in onshore or offshore projects. The project is based in Trondheim and will be led from there.

Position Responsibilities:

• Establish project schedules aligned with business strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project progress meets targets.
• Monitor project plans, milestones, and critical paths.
• Coordinate communication among stakeholders and contractors.
• Provide planning and trend analysis.
• Develop proposals for schedule recovery.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

• Fluent in both written and spoken Norwegian and English.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Safran software.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Economics.
• Strong cooperation skills, positive mindset, and proactive communication.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively.
