Automation/Senior Engineer (BH-268585)

Contract period: 01.06.2024 - 30.06.2026

Location: Asker

Main Tasks:

• Automation design for large study project for Oil&Gas, containing both Greenfield and Brownfield components
• Define, specify and design automation and SAS systems
• Development of philosophies, topologies, I/O budget and systems descriptions to the required level
• Develop strategy, philosophy and design solutions for remote operation, remote diagnostics, cyber- security, ICT (information communication technology) to the required level
• Participate and arrange meetings, workshops and reviews for automation discipline
• Interface to other disciplines, contractors and client 
• Possibility to continue to later project phases, such as FEED and EPC

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 6 years’ experience from automation engineering in green field Oil&Gas or HVDC projects
• Minimum 4 years’ Experience from automation and SAS system, design activities and reviews
• Minimum 4 years' experience from automation engineering in O&G brownfield projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf
• Experience from automation system design in FEED or study phase projects
• Experience and deep knowledge of automation design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, ISO, DNVGL and IEC 
• Valid EX-course, Valid FSE-course
• Good communication skills
