We are on the lookout for a EITA Layout Engineer!

We are seeking a skilled Electrical/EITA Layout Engineer to contribute to a large EPC greenfield oil & gas project. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our major new build project, with ample opportunities for professional development within EITA Layout engineering.

Job Description

• Designing in 3D models using AVEVA E3D

• Detailed engineering in EIT disciplines during the detail engineering phase for Oil and Gas topside

• Modeling various components such as cable ladders, offline instruments, lighting fixtures, sockets, push buttons, junction boxes, cabinets, F&G detectors, telecom field equipment, and EITA central and local equipment rooms

• Participating in 3D discipline review meetings and resolving clashes in 3D models

• Producing EITA drawings using E3D Draft

• Generating EITA bulk MTOs (Material Take Off)

• Liaising with internal teams, clients, other disciplines, and fabrication yards

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Technical College combined with a minimum of 4 years of relevant background

• Ex course

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with EIT layout design in greenfield offshore and onshore projects, preferably within O&G projects

• Experience and deep knowledge of EIT layout design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with 3D tools like PDMS/AVEVA E3D
