In this role, you'll take the helm in procuring all technology and IT products and services, ensuring seamless operations and cost efficiency. From start to finish, you'll lead procurement processes, collaborating closely with key stakeholders and contract teams. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from supplier qualification to negotiation, contract drafting to management, and beyond.

What will you work on: 

As Technology Procurement Manager, you will take on a wide range of tasks, your main responsibilities will cover two areas:  

Building Technology Procurement Excellence 

• Develop and advocate principles for effective supplier communication. 
• Guarantee the utilization of procurement tools across the board. 
• Provide guidance and training to key stakeholders on how to effectively use procurement tools. 
• Ensure the utilization of tools for comprehensive spend overviews. 
• Proactively manage and keep contracts up to date within our procurement tool. 
• Offer guidance and training to key stakeholders on contract governance principles. 
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with suppliers. 

Operational Technology Procurement 

• Stay current with the latest trends in supplier landscape and technology market. 
• Enhance category strategies aligned with business requirements, from sourcing to performance evaluation, and fostering the growth of new suppliers. 
• Conduct thorough qualification of potential suppliers, including risk assessments and agreement evaluations. 
• Oversee the development and management of RFI/RFQ/RFP processes. 
• Take charge of commercial, legal, and service level negotiations to secure favorable terms. 
• Coordinate contract award and oversee contract drafting within the contract team. 
• Ensure the utilization of procurement tools within contract teams to document all procurement steps, ensuring transparency for key stakeholders. 

What you need to be successful in the role:  

• At least 3 years of experience as a procurement professional specializing in IT procurement, covering software, applications, platforms, infrastructure, and technology consultancy or service providers. 
• Proficiency in relevant contract standards such as SSA-B, SSA-L, SSA-V, etc. 
• Comprehensive understanding of IT security, privacy, and other non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). 
• Proven track record in contract and supplier management, and familiar with procurement tools and processes. 
• Hands-on experience with digital collaboration tools like Atlassian, Azure DevOps, Teams, etc. 
• Self-driven and proactive, capable of setting and achieving goals and timelines independently. 
• Skilled in stakeholder management across various seniority levels and cultural backgrounds. 
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in approach. 
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively. 
• Dedicated team player with a customer service mindset, adept at assisting, guiding, and supporting stakeholders. 
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including building relationships internally and with external suppliers. 
• Ability to spearhead change and influence stakeholders throughout the organization. 

What we are looking for:  

• Proven track record as an IT procurement manager 
• Proficient in traditional IT project methodology 
• Well-versed in IT contracts and industry standards 
• Experienced in setting and measuring goals and performance, including OKRs and KPIs
