For a project in Dubai, we are looking for a Flange Management Coordinator!

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Flange Management Coordinator to oversee and ensure the efficient coordination of all flange management activities. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the EPC contractor team to uphold the highest standards of work, safety, and project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all flange management activities, including bolt torquing/tensioning, equipment maintenance, and site cleanliness.

• Liaise effectively with client representatives, engineering teams, and site personnel to ensure timely progress of activities.

• Conduct daily toolbox talks and remain vigilant for any changes in work scope or site conditions.

• Ensure adherence to site procedures, standards, and requirements by flange management technicians.

• Maintain and analyze flange protocols, bolting specialist performance, and other relevant documentation.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary leads to integrate flange management activities across the project.

• Independently evaluate, organize, and prioritize work activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

• Coordinate subcontractors for related activities such as scaffolding, insulation, and testing.

• Oversee the population and updating of Joint Integrity/Flange Management Register Database.

• Identify and report non-conformances, recommending corrective measures as necessary.

• Document daily surveillance checks as per quality and surveillance plan.

Qualification Requirements

• Technical education in Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Joint Integrity/Flange Management coordination.

• CITB approved certifications in Mechanical Joint Integrity Inspection.

• Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards (ASME, API, NORSOK).

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Fluent written and verbal English skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software.

• Experience in Middle East/Southeast Asian shipyards and North Sea projects is advantageous.

• Prior experience in offshore projects, team leadership, and commissioning/testing is preferred.
