Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a Customer service & Sales Back Office Assistant for our Norwegain market. The position is based in Oslo. You will be an integrated part of our sales team of 3 people and responsible for driving and managing the support and customer service to our Norwegian customers. The ideal candidate is dedicated to service, structure and performance and is eager to develop our service level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure perfect customer service across all channels
- Support the sales team with coordinating tasks
- Follow up on weekly budgets and best-seller lists
- Daily follow-up on overdue lists with all Norwegian customers.
- Communication and cooperation with our Finance Team in Denmark
- Daily dialogue with the Head of Backoffice & Customer service in Denmark
YOUR PROFILE
- Customer service experience
- Experience in Business Central and Microsoft Office 365 preferred
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and decision-making abilities
- Passion for apparel/clothing and customer shopping behavior
- Self-starter, structured, and results-driven
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing
- Positive, extrovert, and service-minded
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Financial understanding
- Openminded to daily office tasks and go-to-person
