Field Service Manager – Quick Service Restaurant Division, Norway

We are currently seeking a Field Service Manager to join our Nordic team in the Quick Service Restaurant Division in Norway. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with our customers and providing them with personal customer service and solutions for all of their cleaning and sanitation needs.

What You Will Do:

• Provide personal customer service and solutions for customers’ cleaning and sanitation needs.
• Provide training to customers on procedures and products.
• Develop and enhance customer relationships.
• Perform installation and maintenance of equipment as necessary.
• Contribute to the improvement of processes in your area.
• Accountable for the achievement of sales and expenses for your area.
• Actively look for sales opportunities in line with the quick-service restaurant industry.
• Complete all required reporting on a timely basis.
• Travelling within Norway and the Nordics is expected.

Location: ideally located in the Oslo area, but the location can be discussed with the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ work experience from the HoReCa industry or other relevant industry.
• A degree from vocational or higher education is preferred.
• Technically minded, and experience with installations and maintenance is an advantage.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Good at building relationships and understanding customer needs.
• Self-driven and motivated by developing your own skills and creating results.
• Enjoy taking initiative and working independently, but also functions well as part of a team.
• Structured and can manage a hectic day.
• Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written) as well as good English skills.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness and possibility to travel for work.
