The Global Logistics Group is responsible for client deliveries and the management of all logistics functions in support of manufacturing and distribution facilities around the world. From a centralized control tower in Kristiansand, shipments are executed with the highest level of precision by a dedicated team of 11 professionals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all aspects of logistics services for your designated projects and clients
• Coordinate import and export shipments
• Execute multi-modal transportation by air freight, road freight and ocean freight
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution and delivery of international and domestic shipments
• Prepare transportation documentation and complete shipments in accordance with the Global Logistics processes and NOV policies

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics or similar, and/or minimum two years relevant experience with Logistics, Shipping or Freight Forwarding
• We are also open to fresh graduates
• Experience from the Energy industry preferred
• Structured and accurate
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal
