We are looking for a Senior Process Simulations Engineer!

We are currently seeking a skilled Process Engineering professional with previous project experience on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of Norwegian Regulatory Requirements (including Norsok), API, and Danish standards. Additionally, experience with High Pressure and High Temperature Wells and unmanned platforms would be advantageous.

Job Description

• Conduct oil and gas process and utility system designs and simulations

• Prepare Process drawings (PFDs, UFDs, and P&IDs)

• Undertake process equipment, valve, and instrumentation evaluation and sizing

• Develop process deliverables including process datasheets, line sizing and line list, calculation reports, process design philosophy, and systems documentation

• Prepare process safety analysis report, design reports, and provide input to start-up and commissioning procedures, update system operational manuals

• Preparation and active participation in project reviews like process design reviews, HAZOPs, and other safety reviews

• Perform inter-discipline and discipline check of the documents produced by the project organization

• Support mechanical and instrument disciplines during equipment/instruments requisitioning and follow up vendor packages

• Ensure that all internal and external interfaces are identified and followed up within the area of responsibility

Qualification Requirements

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering or similar

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

• Software experience preferred: IFS, PIMS, ProArc, and Aspen Hysys/Unisim

• Courses and certification preferred: Basic safety and emergency preparedness training with a valid offshore certificate

• Proactive attitude and collaborative mindset with good communication skills, able to work within integrated local and remote teams

• Demonstrate an active HSE attitude
