The team supports the CFO and the company leadership team in driving the corporate agenda. We develop, support and/or drive value-creating initiatives – which can span strategic partnerships, restructuring efforts, support product development, M&A initiatives, as well as help shaping the long-term strategic direction of the company.

We are now looking to expand the team in Oslo with 2-3 team members

As a part of the team, you’ll play an important role in shaping and driving the company’s financial and strategic agenda. You will be involved in identifying, assessing and executing on financial and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support all areas of the company with financial analysis and modelling – e.g. business cases, pricing analyses, customer analysis, etc.

• Contribute to development and maintenance of the company’s financial business plan model underlying the strategic plan

• Develop a strong overview of the key sources of financial and business information in the company

• Follow up areas of the business on financial performance and support financial improvement initiatives – centrally and throughout the company

• Develop, implement and monitor value creating initiatives together with the CFO team

• Provide relevant information and analysis to the CFO and the company leadership team to influence strategic decisions and direction

• Build strong internal relations and cooperate closely with other parts of the business

• Support and drive potential M&A initiatives

Skills and requirements:

• 2-4 years’ experience from consulting, investment banking, corporate finance or a similar position in another company

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field

• Strong financial and strategic acumen and a demonstrated ability to translate information into concrete strategies and initiatives, and present complexity in an easily understandable way

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• You are self-driven and have the ability to efficiently identify and solve problems
