Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Nordic Partner Manager to manage our key accounts, consisting of both partners and direct customers, in the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our largest clients. This role requires a proactive, process-oriented individual who is practical, growth-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share within assigned Nordic accounts and partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify needs, and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and drive business value.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue prospects through targeted outreach and networking efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the technology or IT services industry (minimum 5 years of experience).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience in managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and in Norwegian.

Location: This position is based in the Nordic region, with travel to client sites and company headquarters in Oslo as required.
